Established in 1979, Dannaher
Landscaping is a family owned and operated company which specializes in
residential landscape design and installation.
Over ten years ago, we began collecting and propagating unusual plants,
many of which have become our signature plants in the landscape.
Most recently, we have been collecting specimens known for their
variegation, flower appeal, unusual growth habit or fall color. The
following list focuses heavily on evergreens. We feel that they are the anchors
in the landscape setting as they offer year round color and effect. We
also focus on offering plants (both evergreen and deciduous) that are
easy to grow and require little maintenance. All of the plants are hardy
in zones 3,4,and 5.
We are pleased to be able to offer this following selection of plants
for sale. This is by no means meant to be a complete list of plant
availability and plant sizes. Many additional varieties and sizes are
available, but are not included in this price list.
Additionally, We participate in many direct market sales in Ohio
throughout May-September, so please check our the calendar section of
the site. Larger specimens are available at our nursery which is
located in central Ohio and can be viewed by APPOINTMENT ONLY. If
you have further inquires, please use the "Contact Us" section
of the site.
In 2004, the national meeting of the American Conifer Society will be hosted by Dawes
Arboretum in Newark,
Ohio during the first week in August. This conference has a variety of activities including visits to some private/public gardens, guest lecturers,
workshops and a plant auction. It is truly a wonderful opportunity to meet some of the most knowledgeable experts in the field.
